After completing the online survey, the participant will receive one entry into the lucky draw as a thank you gift. Each receipt is good for one online survey, with a maximum of one entry per participant.
This survey must be completed within 28 days of receiving the invitation. Tellasda survey lucky draw winners will get £1000 as a gift on their PayPal.
How the Winners Will Be Chosen?
- A separate random drawing will be held during each contest time, with one prize winner selected in each lucky draw. In a season, there will be a total of 12 winners.
- Each prize winner will receive a cash award of $1,000 in the form of a check.
How Winners Will Be Notified?
- Winners will be notified through e-mail or phone within ten days of the lucky draw.
- Within 14 days of receiving the document, the winner must sign and return a declaration.
- If ASDA cannot reach the winner within 14 days of the draw, or if the winner fails to submit the required documentation on time, that participant will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.
